At 16 your body is still growing. You should be more concerned about having a well-rounded diet than about bulking up just yet.

Drink lots of water. It’s not a supplement necessarily but it’s important.
Milk
At 16 you should focus on your diet and not so much on supplements. Go natural until you turn 18 then decide if supplements are worthwhile. Good luck.
