  1. teens don’t need to take any supplements, but I do know many 15 year olds who do oral steroids and m1ts, but I don’t think its a good idea. And yes, it is okay to do squats and deadlifts at 15, as long as you are doing them properly.

  2. Sure it’s Ok :) Proteins + vitamins + creatine (but not overdosed). I suggest to ad fish oil too.

    Squats are good, but be careful with deadlift - keep your back straight and don’t put put on too much weight. At this age you have to prevent from back injuries - they are very dangerous.
